The right is expected to be dissatisfied with Obama. Not only that, they are racists, the ones who are very vocal. It shows very clearly when people like Beck, Limbaugh, Hannity etc. talk. These folks are not happy because he is African-American to begin with. so they are not happy with Obama's skin color, neither were they happy with Clinton's libido.

I don't know what is your basis for concluding about the feelings for those in the center (I suppose you mean the Independents). Now the left, are the extremists like the right and they are actively campaigning/insinuating that he be defeated. when folks come on this thread to advocate that, they are obviously not just folks expressing isolated opinions. They are echoing the leftist blogs. They need only look at what Bush's supporters did. They kept mum in 2004 in spite of Bush violently violating (fighting wars on credit) the mantra of the Republicans and the right: which is fiscal conservatism. Bush ran up a huge deficit and they kept mum.

The advice I have for the left: instead of spending all the energies bitching and moaning about how and why Obama failed as koan has done, or insinuating that there would be no regrets from the left if Obama lost as stockman or Da Rat keeps saying, they could better focus their energies in singing a tune in harmony on how the current Republican dominated House is wrecking the country and not only halting progress and the the recovery but also reversing it.

Nor is the right or center.

The left wing is not happy with Obama.

Then they vote for the alternative candidate or stay home.
