They have group leaders in projects. Everything is grouped up. The group leaders are what were called in the past middle managers.

The group approach is notoriously inefficient but there's no other way to organize these boneheads because from kindergarten the educational system instills the stigma of group identity. It is a stigma, you know. It's against socialism to operate as an individual. You're no good.You can't do it. Only the group can. What do you get out of that? Groupthink.

This is a major reason for HP's mediocrity. You can't get good direction from groupism. It takes one individual who has a vision to make meaningful headway, but groupthink stamps that out.

As you can surmise I'm not good in groups.
