DePreist knew that the orchestra had race on the brain. And he told them, essentially, to get lost: “It is impossible for me to go to Detroit because of the atmosphere. People mean well, but you fight for years to make race irrelevant, and now they are making race an issue.” There is a musician, ladies and gentlemen -- and, in a high and true sense, an American. Outstanding! The man is a thinker and not a sheeple. I was watching the news yesterday when they were playing a clip of corruptocrat Waters laying into Obama about not doing enough for black communities "unconscionable" unemployment problems. Then they had a segment with this black radio host.... He was asked the question if he thought Obama had done enough for black Americans looking for employment. His response was that he didn't think Obama was doing enough to create jobs for all Americans...... It made my heart soar......
