John:

About 4 weeks ago I was telling a friend about this play. One of the things I said is that I didn't think the fundamentals warranted the stock price and that the squeeze was the only play.

He responsed saying that the insiders should be selling out now at the inflated price. I told him they couldn't because the shares were 144. Boy was I wrong.

I updated him today on what was going on he said they'll be out before any major drop and will most likely be able to buy the entire float again themselves at the bottom and do it again at some point in time.

Cheers,

KMT

John, you have to do whats' right for you, best of luck. IMO, calling Morgan several times a day w/ the same question may have been the wrong approach, I would've waited for a call w/i an agreed amount of time. If Morgan hadn't returned your call by that time, then, of course, a follow-up caLL would've been appropriate. IMO, you sold at the wrong time, worse case scenario is 700,000 shares flooding the market...which is covered by the FOUNDATION/CALVAry and the rest of the CARTELS' TOTAL POSITION, of course, the whole 144 schpeel was manufactured by Kugler to shake shares from guys like yourself, and, since the financials haven't been released yet, is still only HYPOTHESIZED. Best of luck to you in future ventures, Pugs
