An excellent post. The objection that: unless you can explain the cause of the first cause, you are disqualified from speaking at all, is as philosophically unsophisticated as it is intentionally dishonest.
The pip-squeaks, squeak and spew bigotry instead of engaging in rational discussion because their position is so weak that they simply have no other alternative. Everyone sees it for what it is...
