The following is a release yesterday regarding SEC action because of innaccurate information: Monday November 17, 12:58 pm Eastern Time SEC suspends trade in HealthTech WASHINGTON, Nov 17 (Reuters) - The Securities and Exchange Commission said Monday it temporarily suspended trading in HealthTech International Inc because of concerns regarding the adequacy and accuracy of its public information. The suspension went into effect at 0930 EST/1430 GMT on Nov 17 and terminates at 2359 ET/0459 GMT on Dec 1, 1997, the agency said. The SEC said questions were raised about the financial condition and acquisitions made by the Mesa, Ariz.,-based company. HealthTech operates health clubs in Texas, Oregon and Arizona. GRNO had a sililiar notification that was extended considerably, and now trades on the pink sheets. GIFS never opened again. Research today is similiar to yesterday's. Checking on court cases in Kansas and Oklahoma, and the dislocated worker information tied to the plant closing of Olympus Mills in Hialeah. You may want to express your concerns to Mr. Morgan.
