Dale, I have always considered vacation time sacred time with the family. When I worked - I always paid for a reservation - away from home - so when the time came - there were no excuses. As I think about this - the timing is awful - but people deserve a vacation. Hopefully time away from the fight will yield perspective to all involved. Bob PS: The issue always then became connectivity. I usually simply got up early and made sure there were no disasters in the making that needed immediate attention.
