OK, You're wrong.

They are selling their shares now at 3 3/4 to gain a 150%+ profit compared to selling it at a probable post-dilution price of ~1 1/2. This valuation would put its market cap at around $360,000,000. If it moves up to 3 (a 100% profit), it's market cap would be $720,000,000. Still within reason if sales come in strong for the new products, and well below Iomega's current market cap of over $4 Billion.

Would it make me feel good as an investor? No. That is why I hold no position in SYQT. When it hits my price target, I'll consider buying.
Don't forget that the Street seems always willing to give SYQT the benefit of a doubt. They offer no such luxury to IOM.
