The executive order says the federal government “must create a culture that encourages collaboration, flexibility and fairness to enable individuals to participate to their full potential. It is an article of faith among liberals, regardless of any and all evidence to the contrary, that anyone who is not of white European ancestry has, by definition, been stymied and handicapped and been unable to reach their "full potential" due to the history of racism in America.
