I agree with you that the decision on the individual mandate rests with justice Kennedy. If it is upheld, it is not your money anymore, the federal government can force you to buy anything. They could make any male over 18 buy a rifle to be able to defend the country. Switzerland has something close to this but I think the government pays for the rifles. I feel confident knowing that this issue may be resolved by a justice appointed by Ronald Reagan.
