Who cares how the GOP paints him.

I did not make any mention of the GOP in my post. The thing I said is that he is the President and hence holds the power to get things done under current laws. It is a said story, if a US President has to declare that he is powerless on a issue and hence has to use the tools available to the ordinary person. That is my point.
