John, You gotta do whats' best for you, my only contention would be that part of your reasoning for booking is Kuglers' 144 contention. That 144 stuff was dissected from an ancient OVIS financial, and considering that Kugler is in contact w/ Mork, is conversational w/ Mork, is empathetic towards Mork, and seeing that Mork needs to shake shares for his huge short position...I would think you'd be able to see this as calculated. SMartin is already taLking like theres' 700,000 new shares out there already! I suppose SMartin has no interest in saying this (short interest, LOL)....Regardless, when you see the 10Million cash influx, etc. you may be back, either way, good luck!, Pugs
