The Constitution and State's Rights must both be protected and respected by the president. Its that respect which has helped make the governance of this nation so successful.

Care to discuss any of President Obama's issues of state's rights he may have thrown out the window?

Or we could start with President Bush and your views of state's rights he may have thrown out the window.

Ted, I appreciate your bringing this up re: states rights and fed intervention......as I just told Chinu, I'm wondering why he wasn't called on it?

But as I just said to him--my hashing out and criticizing Obama is about trying to make sense of where we are today....your bringing up the dangers and illegal nature of Obama's going to WI is an example of how these boards should work, imo.....a place to vent and also to educate each other....
