john,

Since you hold VSGN, can you educate us about the company more
in details? I'm open for any info to evaluate the situation. TIA!

regards,

RE: I think BORL is getting a sweet deal. I would prefer the $$$ not BORL.

I aggre with you in regards to the the sweet deal. As far as the payment, I think that the BORL shares will have far more value than a cash buyout over the next year. It is easy to lose sight of the long haul while looking for short-term profits. I will lose a few dollars on the Nov 12.5's, and I am beginning to wonder abut my Jan 10's.

However, most of my BORL holdings have tremendous long term potential. Del is making the right moves. BORL now has a foot hold in a lot of IS development shops. Every VSGN customer is now a potential BORL customer. And, we are talking about the $45,000+ enterprise tools, not $99 compilers.

This is very good news for BORL's long term potential. I think that the users of the technology understand that.
