This plan was not new. It had been done in the 90s if you recall. I think it was the right one because of the commitment and strategy of those fighting the war. The tribes kept their alliances and commitment. The other two wars that we are fighting could not allow us to fight a third nor should we...I give Obama credit for listening to his military advisers and following this course of action. They are brilliant.
