The cost for cars and other vehicles would not be nearly so great if we get rid of "mandates by Obama and the Federal Government" and the oversight to comply with the same. Obama has no concept of the fact when he was a self-conscious little boy in Hawaii in the 1970's in Hawaii that many Americans were driving cars that were getting 35 to 38 miles per gallon. The Japanese, the Swedes, Ford , Fiat, many of the European companies were experimenting and moving forward with fuel efficient cars and inventions. Congress needs to step in and take his and his unelected appointees authority that they have grabbed away now. Take the power away that Barrack Hussein Obama Soetoro of Indonesia, Kenya and maybe Hawaii has grabbed, If not, 2012 may be too late for this nation and the world. mj
