Some feel we will bounce along the bottom here valuations are so low. As long as the general stocks are not falling, mining stocks can rise if the metals rise.

It is only when we are in free fall that mining stocks get killed even if metals don't fall as hard e.g. 2008.

I think it is hard to predict anything here. I see all sorts of wild predictions and most will prove wrong e.g. saying gold is too high. That is an easy thing to say but much harder to know.

If someone says that, I would also like them to tell me how Europe and the US solve their problems?
