<Regimond, eudora is into version 3,is still selling email products and is part of a larger unit Qualcom, which is focused on digital wireless.eudora did not support html until too late, so as usual your nscp is guilty too, is just horsemanure.>

Your ignoring reality.

1.) NSCP bundled email before ANY mail client supported HTML.
2.) Even if they did wait to support HTML, NSCP still gained a SIGNIFCANT advantage as a monopolist by bundling the (free) mail client wiht a browser that had 90% market share.
3.) Relatively few email end users outside of the purely technical fields use html anyway. I dela with a lot of management consultants, finance guys, accountants, etc. and the vast majority use text based mail.
4.) You failed to comment on the 20 something email companies that bit the dust due to the "monopolist".
5.) Navigator in version 4 and still selling, so YOUR argument that MSFT "is guilty too, is just horsemanure." (at least according to the logic you just spun).
