This is what happens at the start of a bull market in the juniors. The volume picks up and those institutions and others who have held on and just want to thow in the towel will sell when they see the volume picking up. This can take a month or so as those who just want out will sell and the share price will meander. This forms the base for the start of the run. We are seeing some of that now and will see more over the next few weeks. Volume first....then price. stateside
