If Oregon mining laws were no more stringent than Nevada, Grassy Mtn and Quartz Mtn would have gone into production in the mid 1990's. Forget about that claim. They are clearly after the high-grade ounces and this may be feasible. I wouldn't try to value the company based on the 923k ounces at 1.5 g/t as that is a heap leach resource. Are there any details on grade and tons of the 400k high grade ounces? That along with exploration potential is more relevant to valuing the company along with a lot of unanswered questions on gold mining in Oregon, which is uncharted territory. None of this says it is not an interesting trade at present valuation.
