This is what the headline says, kenny_fabricator 7 Missouri River governors ask for better flood control (from Army Corps of Engineers) Where do you see PLEAD FOR MORE HELP? Why do you have to do this? Does it make you and your FAILED president look better in your sick mind?

Kenneth, according to some of the posters on this thread who believe in State rights and a Federal Balance budget, and deficit reduction, how can they be advocating the Federal bail out of the States? Where are they planning to get the money without cutting the military, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, US Internal Security, Transportation or State Aid to the States? What am I missing? Wish they could give us some concrete solutions. Let's do away with Farm and Corporate welfare, etc. Is in not the States responsibility to pick up the cost which occurs in the States.
