You can demonize anyone, but that's not going to change the fact that there are a ton of lawyers serving as politicians. Short of riots in the street and (long since determined illegal) strikes by physicians, nothing is going to happen with tort reform. BTW, for creatures now considered the worst of the worst by the average American, investment bankers have done pretty well for themselves in Washington. Especially with friends like Chuck Schumer and Barack Obama standing alongside them.
