actually one of the reasons most of those banks are still standing is the govt quietly changed the rules so they could take a large chunk of their garbage assets off their books till "later".

later LOL. maybe they can just pay Moody's etc to rate them back up again. what a scheme. you can steal trillions but get jail for a loaf of bread.
