When I loaded QP on my computer, it added the following directory, which contains a .LST of the companies in each index:

D:\QUOTPLUS\DATA\MEMBERS

For example, !SP-AI consists of AMR, DAL, LUV and U.

Now mind you, that was when I loaded my software a few years ago. There may have been some changes in these indices since then, such as !DJ30, which still shows 'Z' as a component, for example.
