Why can't the LONGS get ahold of the share value???? This thing is just doin whatever it feels like doin price wise. Will they EVER stop printing certs? This thing just goes on and on and on.

Pugs,<Thats why Gary& Roland are having such a difficult time getting those numbers!> Come on Pugs, these are company officials, your trying to tell me they don't know how many shares of stock they've issued, how many 144s they've issued, how many 144s have been converted to common, how many Reg S shares have been converted to common. How do you expect them to complete a proposed merger without this information. Would you merge your gym with another, if the other guy couldn't tell you what equipment he had. DD
