Hi, BPP, glad you back. Here is more "brain food".

=====================================================
-- Visigenic continued to increase its VisiBroker sales to
corporate end-users. During the quarter, the Company completed
agreements with over 125 new corporate customers, including AT&T
Bell Atlantic; Deutsche Bank; General Electric Medical Systems;
General Motors; J.P. Morgan; MCI; Merck; NationsBank; NextLink;
Northern Telecom; Northwest Trust; Pacific Corp; and SmithKline
Beecham.

-- Visigenic strengthened its presence in Europe and its service
capacity with the acquisition of Interactive Objects GmbH, a leading
consulting company in Germany. Specializing in distributed object
computing technology, Interactive Objects will continue its work of
providing independent architectural consulting and design services to
corporate clients in Europe as a wholly owned subsidiary of
Visigenic.

-- Visigenic commercially shipped the 3.0 version of its
VisiBroker object request brokers (ORBs). This major release of
Visigenic's ORBs for Java and C++ includes a number of new features
and capabilities that significantly enhance the scalability and
performance of distributed object applications, as well as providing
developers with greater flexibility to customize ORB functionality.
The Company also shipped the 3.0 versions of VisiBroker Naming
Service for Java and C++ and VisiBroker Event Service for Java and
C++. These modular, add-on, system-level services complement the
functionality of the ORB and provide building blocks for business
applications.

-- On October 14, Visigenic's VisiBroker won DBMS Magazines
Readers' Choice Award for best Object Request Broker.

-- The Company further strengthened its position as the leading
supplier of embedded ORB technology to the software industry. During
the quarter, Visigenic signed a number of additional partner deals,
and has now completed partner agreements with over 100 technology
companies. New ORB-related partner agreements signed during the
quarter include Actra Business Systems, LLC; Concept Five
Technologies; Informix; Landacorp; Open Sesame; Scopus Technology;
Seagate; Sherpa; Silicon Valley Network; Spyglass; and Sybase, Inc.

-- To focus its efforts on the increasing demand for the Company's
ORB technology, Visigenic announced to its customers that the Company
will not be further enhancing its ODBC-based database access
products. The affected products include VisiODBC SDKs, VisiODBC
Drivers and VisiChannel for ODBC.

Now when market is closed we have some more time to diagest quietly all the news.

Good investing to all.
