To All,
Sources tell me that the next prison deal in Fla. is not signed yet. But still very much alive and in works. Faxs are going back and forth. Also another one in works out west. Things are moving. And the upward swing is just around the corner. (IMHO) Though I think we've done pretty good over the last month. A little more is always welcomed.
