Michael... I've already posted a few times why I do NOT like S3. You can check my profile to see which message's I've posted regarding S3. My position and interest in S3 has been made pretty clear. And yes, in those posts, I HAVE made arguments as to why NOT to buy S3 but I give very valid reasons, based on press releases and other factual information, why I feel that way. -Ken

Although I am not one to pick bottoms, I do believe in fundamental value. You may not remember, but I was the only one on this thread that was negative when the stock was in the teen's. The fact that you accuse me of "HYPING" this stock leads me to believe that you have not read this thread religously or that you just picked me out to bash. In either case, I believe you owe me an apology, especially given the announcement today that the bulk of the restatement is past and has little or no effect on S3 as a company today. If you still believe I am HYPING this stock, please advise as to where you are confused and I will be happy to oblige. Now.......here is a bet to you the pessimest! If S3 closes above 7.5 by the end of the year, you owe me a 6 pack of my choice delivered to my door.......if I lose, you will have the same.
