The small pour of 2,666 grams represents gold recovered from the gravity circuit. The CIL tanks are now full of concentrate and the first strip of gold bearing carbon from the CIL circuit is currently in progress as a precursor to a more significant gold pour in the next few days. Limited initial sampling during commissioning of the process facility indicates excellent gravity gold recovery, high gold leaching recovery from gravity concentrates and high concentrate gold grades produced from the flotation circuit, with grades averaging in excess of 30g/t Au. Photographs of the initial gold pour at CAGP are available on the Company's website at www.perseusmining.com . Mark Calderwood, Managing Director's Comments "Another milestone has been achieved as the Company progresses though early commissioning." "We are pleased with the high gravity recoveries and high float concentrate gold grades recorded given that we fed low grade ore averaging <0.6g/t Au into the mill in this initial test period."
