Regarding Inside Track: It is probably as good or bad as any other newsletter out there. Following insider buying is not flawless, but simply another technique to gain an edge. Personally, I have purchased two of the highest reccomended stocks. Bought WCOM at 24.5 and CNC at 44.75. IMO heavy insider buying is one factor to consider along with many others (FA,TA,market cap,etc.). Of 18 stocks currently reccomended since 11/96, only 1 has been sold at a loss (-21.7%). 3 are in negative terratory (-8.6 to -30.1%). The rest are up between 0.5 and 79.2%.

with the market downturns his picks seem to be more volatile.
