I'll take a look at DLJ. I see it has options, which is one of my requirements because I want the ability to hedge by writing covered calls.

Guess what -- I worked for one of those state governments that opted out of Social Security years ago. When I recently resigned I was able to roll over 14 years worth of contributions and earnings into this IRA. This substitute retirement plan had been invested in GICs and intermediate-term bonds which appreciated at about 9%/year, so it really added up over the years. However, I won't be eligible for Social Security.

I have high-flyers like WIND and QCOM in my taxable account, but need to be more conservative with this IRA. So when I started looking at dividends and growth rates of major companies it really hit home to me what an expensive market this is.
