No capital risk at all.........if inflation is essentially non-existent.

Summers' work on Gibson's Paradox suggests that negative real rates are positive for POG. We have been given a virtual guarantee of negative rates for two years. What else would a gold investor want? A return of Greenspan to the Fed chair?

This will of course catch up with the POG. In the meantime, I am buying on weakness.
