So this downloadable Windows DVD can be used to give me a "factory fresh" Windows system, provided I have a product key? Can this DVD be used to get a bloatware-free Windows system without HP or Dell or Acer "enhancements"? Is my product key the same as the 20-digit Product ID (XXXXX-OEM-XXXXXXX-XXXXX) that I see at the bottom of the "System" control panel page?

Thanks in advance.
