Focus on the financials, Morgan, and the SEC.

Courthouses are excellent sources of information when checking backgrounds. Whether or not lawsuits exist, the quantity of them, or if an officer has ever filed for bankruptcy(s) is worth knowing when doing your due diligence.

Any idea about the number of available shares? I just received my 3000 certs so there are 3000 less shares for the MM's. Assuming others are doing the same why hasn't the short squeeze begun? Any info would be appreciated.
