You are correct about the author - I saw your name at the bottom & thought you wrote them. However, the quote of 11/7 was yours & I'm having a hard time believing that your serious about your comments. What is source of your information on the banking situations?? Have you actually spoken with the people that negotiated the deal?? One thing is for sure - a major pharmaceutical company, with people that I'd bet know more than you or I (probably dozens of people - including MD's, Pharmacists, etc., etc.) studied this thing for months - and bet up to $57 million + royalties that it can fly. If you had any experience on how these people perform due diligence you'd know that this is not a frivolous decision. It seems you are validating your earlier statements with the press release today from a blood sucking investment banker, with a huge short position & protection from any libel consequences - are you serious? Finally, let's assume you're correct - have you shorted the stock - or are you just monday morning quarterbacking. I remain - loooonnnnggggg Zona
