My personal view is as I've stated it before: There is a market out there for 100% electric vehicles, although it may be small.

If you are thinking about buying a vehicle you're going to have to put gas in, why not go for a Prius or whatever? The Volt just doesn't seem like a good solution to any problem that is out there. Besides, who wants a GM car when they can get a Toyota, Nissan, or Hyundai?
