Demographically Canada is a different place than just 10 years ago. Lots and lots of immigration. Yet the numbers hold up. You may choose to cherry pick which states should be compared, but then I'll do the same and favor western Canada. If you can afford to pay the bill yourself, you have better access to healthcare in the US. However, that is a big if. In Canada everyone has the same access (with the usual exceptions for politicians, of course). The lower economic strata in the US is not even polled, because they don't get healthcare except in the emergency room (at your expense).
