No QE3 means no incentive to hold Gold or PMs..

A lot is going to depend upon what comes out of Jackson Hole, and it appears the consensus is not more monetary stimulus.

I noticed the Japanese decided to offer direct subsidization to their corporations in response to the recent rise in the yen, rather than intervening in their currency markets. Doing it to the tune of $100 Billion, it's reported.

I know what I've been saying about Silver.. and that Weekly PSAR flip still seems to indicate upside potential.. But it's not a guarantee.

As Carl Swenlein says at Decision Point.. Technical analysis is a windsock, not a crystal ball.

And that PPO indicator, if it doesn't turn upward quickly, is going to signal further downside in Gold to the 1500 range. And as you've noted, don't ignore the CCI.. it's telling what's in store..
