Paul, Problems with one server crashed E-mail for 10 million people? Technologically, why is this even possible? You would think E-mail would be divided up in such a way that only, say, 10% of it could crash at any given time.
Best,
Steve

What's new? Glitch is AOL's middle name. I've got a friend that sticks with them in spite of the problems. Gonna see him this weekend and give him a good kick in the $##$ if he doesn't get him another ISP. We can't communicate by e-mail because it's such a pain for him to check his messages, but he continues to insist that he needs to keep the address the same because of his business contacts.

But if he can never or doesn't ever check his mail -- what friggin' good is it?!!!
