Looks like we hit a nerve today! Bulls-eye is bringing out some real BS.

Brinker bashes nation figures from the president to the legislators in California whom he calls regularly "dysfunctional." He'll even go into a hiding hole while an intelligent guest is on like Larry Swedro then bash him the next week when the guy can't fight back. On his show they also have advertising including some that sell his own newsletters. They have a call screener and only allow calls on the show they wish to discuss. Hard to fault you or I for doing anything different or worse than that except we have blogs rather than a national radio show that reaches millions I'm told.

I'd love to get Brinker in a deposition. First thing I'd ask is to have him explain why he advertised "money management" in his newsletter then stopped about the time (late 2009 I believe) they were sued for putting clients who signed up through Brinker into loaded mutual funds, probably to make up for the fees the manager paid to Brinker for the referral... but I'd love to know for sure... also I'd love to find out what the settlement was to make the law suit go away.

scott-scott.com

I reported on it some time ago bobbrinkerfanclub.blogspot.com but have not been able to get any follow-up since.

Next I'd ask him to disclose EVERY alias he used to post on the internet starting with the ones he used on his own web site while he was under an EXCLUSIVE contract with ABC radio.... I'd like to find out what aliases (if any... ha ha) he or his son used to defame David Korn, me and Rande Spiegelman on their web site before they took it all down.

I know a UC law professor who asked me to tell him if there are any depositions because he has a ton of stuff to ask... I believe he bought into the QQQ and was not satisfied with the "guidance" or reporting of the results.

I could go on... but I prefer they "bring it on" rather than make threats like Ralph Kramden!

Sadly, I heard one of the people who tried to get the SEC to look into Bernie Madoff feared for his life... With some of the threats we've seen, I can easily understand this.
