Horace Deidu tracks 8 mobile phone manufacturers. If they each had an equal share of the smartphone market, they each would have 12.5% share.

Apple has about double that, and has about 2/3rds of all mobile phone profits - smart, supersmart and feature phones. Their market share is rising, their margins are stable and steady and their share of the profits will increase over the next year.
