No, not on his side of the family. He was raised by his grandparents and they're both dead as is his Mom. He has a half sister who is a school teacher in HA (below). Seems he didn't have much contact with his family in HA after leaving to go to college. But thats the way some folks are. Plus he has relatives from his father's family scattered in Africa, the US and even China - little contact there but that's understandable. Not surprising since his mother, grandmother and father are dead and most of his relatives live in Kenya plus he has a fairly important job which keeps him busy between golf rounds and vacations. < Obama doesn't seem to have much if any contact with his relatives. > en.wikipedia.org He has his immediate family living right with him, including his mother in law.
