No, not on his side of the family.

He was raised by his grandparents and they're both dead as is his Mom. He has a half sister who is a school teacher in HA (below). Seems he didn't have much contact with his family in HA after leaving to go to college. But thats the way some folks are. Plus he has relatives from his father's family scattered in Africa, the US and even China - little contact there but that's understandable.

President Obama's half-sister has a book deal, for a children's picture story.

Maya Soetoro-Ng's "Ladder to the Moon," based in part on her and Obama's mother, Ann Dunham, and other family members, will be published by Candlewick Press at a date not yet determined.

According to Candlewick, Soetoro-Ng will pay "homage to her mother's tradition of storytelling."

Soetoro-Ng was born in 1970, nine years after the future president. She was the only child of Dunham and Lolo Soetoro, who had earlier moved his wife and her son to his native Indonesia.

Soetoro-Ng, who teaches at an all-girls school in Honolulu, campaigned for her half-brother and spoke at last year's Democratic National Convention.

Not surprising since his mother, grandmother and father are dead and most of his relatives live in Kenya plus he has a fairly important job which keeps him busy between golf rounds and vacations. <
Obama doesn't seem to have much if any contact with his relatives.

He has his immediate family living right with him, including his mother in law.
