The major thing I would like to accomplish now is to at least forewarn any who might be thinking of sending him any money. Unfortunately I am down way down well south of South Miami and so it will be a major hassle to take some sort of cross border legal action. (And I do not even want to think about the possible expenses) But all your points are well taken and I thank you for your clarity. something I should definitely do in the not so distant future.
