Tonto: Thanks for the reply... I knew you weren't, I was just suggessting that a starting point would be the sec filings.(but I wanted to make sure my belief was correct). That can be done at home, if anything turns up, then the person can decide if they want to proceed further. Funny about business, if I knew someone had been arrested for some type of fraud, bad check,theft, etc..I wouldn't want to be associated. I wouldn't care if it was something trivial, like murder...no, no, only kidding. S martin: thanks for the reply also. As an aside the NCIC is a wonderful place to find these things out, but you need an "inside" contact to access this information. al
