Essentially what this means is Mr. Elrod took 245,000 of his own shares and retired them from the outstanding shares. This is equivalent to redistributing the value of those shares to the remaining 15 + million shares. It may not seem like much BUT CONTRAST THIS ACTION WITH THE TYPICAL SCHLOCK BB STOCK THAT ADDS SHARES TO THE FLOAT.

Psychologically, this is a terrific boost to the Company's shareholders and is directly accretive to shareholder value.

As for Shorty, no impact. Mr. Elrod's shares are tightly held (by him), not in the float and of course would never have been sold in the market place. Thus, ShortSlime would never have been able to get a hold of them anyways.

By the way, remember the Tuesday after the Asian Contagion of Black Monday? Recall the market kept tanking until IBM announced it was doing a 5 % buyback. Same type of action except Elrod took shares he already owned. Kind of like Sam Wainright wiring money to George Bailey in It's A Wonderful Life.
