Bill: The company HAS taken care of its NASDAQ listing problem. They are in full compliance with even the upcoming NASDAQ requirements that go into effect at the end of February. Insofar as the company's capital requirements go, they have two other separate financing measures that they can put into effect. These mechanisms are part of the recent $1.250 million private placement concluded by First Financial. And, as far as things on the table that would enable them to capitalize on the recent e.coli problem, I believe that is best addressed in previous posts. Read on, dude... Go OZON! Hey, Brenda, when's the OZON party and where? I think we ought to have it here in Texas... where the men are men and the sheep are scared! Gotta go back to court...lots of trash on the roadways that needs picking up!
