How can the shareholders put pressure
on Centura's management so that they put the company
officially on sale???

I do not think that CNTR can turnaround
on its own or survive as an independant company.

There is a list of companies that would market CNTR's
products effectively and turn CNTR into a profitable division.

By taking over CNTR a company would also acquire a bunch of
Highly skilled software engineers.

$4/share is better than $0/share Mr. Gupta...

ps. Here a list of possible suitor CA,ORCL,SAG,IBM,PRGS,IFMX,
NSCP,PSFT,SYMC,NOVL.
