In the majority of courthouses, I would guess, all records are computerized. If you know of an insurance fraud investigator, buy them lunch and pick their brains. They are very resourceful in background checks. Investing more and more is blue chips, or higher risk less reporting stocks. We need to improve our skills in investigating today
with the insufficient controls placed on small companies.
