they have chipped in their whole life. Who do you think is paying all the taxes now ? Time to make the poor chip in. Tax the working poor 3-5% give them some skin in the game and they will also yell to stop the spending.

You can't have a country where over 50% don't pay fed. income tax

Why $20M? Why not $1M? Or how about $250K, the threshold that Obama set?

Heck, most of the world thinks an American household earning $40K is "wealthy." Why not tax Americans and give it to citizens of poorer countries?

There will always be someone richer than you, and there will always be someone poorer than you.
