Let's try again - please give an example of any chemical/process studies you have conducted, if any, and any scientific papers you have you published as a result of any such studies. In general terms will be just fine.

And I'm not talking about "control runs".

If you are talking about process outputs for an R&D situation. Once you have established a baseline against which you are measuring improvements there is no need for control runs.

Each process run is compared to the previous runs. It is either better, the same, or worse. No additional control runs required.
